Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Superace88 website and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, cease use of the Platform immediately.

Eligibility and Account Access

You agree that you will not allow use of your account by any other person and you will promptly notify us of any unauthorized activity.

Account Opening and Management

To create an account, you must provide accurate information including your name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact details. You may update Personal Details from time to time via the Platform’s management pages or by contacting Customer Support. Only one active account per person is allowed. We may close duplicate accounts and, in our discretion, void bonuses and winnings obtained through such accounts. We may request documentation to verify identity, age, address and authority to use specified payment methods. We may suspend an account pending verification and reserve the right to take remedial action, including withholding funds until verification is complete. The Platform may be managed by Superace88 or other entities within our corporate group, with data transfer as required for operation and compliance with applicable law.

Know Your Customer, Verification and AML

We implement identity verification, age verification and anti‑money laundering controls. We may request documents such as government-issued photo ID, proof of address and payment method ownership. Verification may be required at account opening and at any time thereafter. We may suspend or restrict activity on an account until the required documents are provided and verified. You acknowledge that funds may be held in client funds accounts separate from the Platform’s funds and that we may transact with payment processors and financial institutions to complete deposits and withdrawals in compliance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • illegal, fraudulent or dishonest activities;
  • impersonating another person or misrepresenting authority;
  • attempting to interfere with security, integrity or functionality of the Platform;
  • use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect information;
  • cheating, collusion, or the use of devices or software designed to defeat game play;

We reserve the right to monitor activity and to take measures to detect and prevent abuse, including suspending or terminating accounts and forfeiting funds where appropriate. The Platform may also use tools to detect the use of AI software or other programs that distort fair play.

Intellectual Property and User Content

All visuals, text, logos, trademarks and code on the Platform belong to Superace88 or its licensors. You acquire no rights to such material except for your personal use in connection with the Platform. If you submit user content (for example, feedback or reviews) you grant Superace88 a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. Your submissions must not infringe third‑party rights or be unlawful, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

Funds, Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Management

Funds deposited by you are held in client accounts and are not intermingled with Superace88’s own funds. Such funds are generally not interest-bearing. We may process deposits and withdrawals through licensed payment solutions and subject the funds to verification and anti‑fraud checks. You may be subject to limits on deposits and withdrawals based on your account history, verification status and payment method. We may withhold or confiscate funds where we identify a breach of these Terms, suspected illegality, or other material concerns relating to an account.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

Promotions, bonuses and offers are governed by separate promotional terms published on the Platform. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements, expiration periods and wagering caps. When a casino bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin on a slot is 5 EUR (or currency equivalent) or 15% of the total bonus, whichever comes first. It is prohibited to place bets that breach promotional terms or to misuse bonuses; breaches may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings and may lead to account suspension or closure.

Responsible Gaming, Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

Superace88 supports responsible gaming. You may set time-out or self-exclusion periods through your account settings or by contacting support. Time-out periods restrict deposits, withdrawals and gameplay for the selected duration. Self-exclusion programs apply longer stoppages and require a formal request, with a cooling‑off period prior to any reactivation. We may also suspend or close accounts where gambling activity suggests financial or personal risk to the player or where required by applicable law.

We may share your information with payment processors and other service providers to process transactions, verify eligibility and comply with legal obligations. Liability, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superace88 and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Superace88, its officers, employees and affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities or damages arising from (i) your use of the Platform, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) any content or actions you contribute to the Platform.

Termination, Suspension and Closure of Accounts

We may suspend, terminate or temporarily disable your access to the Platform at our discretion, including where we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or there are security concerns. You may terminate or close your account by contacting Support, subject to any pending transactions or obligations being settled.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Willemstad under the rules of the Curaçao International Arbitration Center, except for disputes that must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law. The foregoing does not prevent parties from seeking urgent relief in an appropriate court if warranted by the circumstances.

Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to changes, you must stop using the Platform.

Entire Agreement, Severability and Waiver

These Terms, together with any terms linked or referenced therein (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Superace88 regarding the Platform. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or rights hereunder.

General Provisions

We may assign or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights or delegate your obligations without our prior written consent. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant you have the appropriate authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
